  2. Participate in a MassMutual implementation call
    • On this call, you can discuss expectations and requirements needed to implement the MassMutual products. This will include any payroll and billing details.
  3. “Post Call Recap” provided by Implementation Manager, to include
important onboarding details and associated documents
  4. Receive a “Ready to Enroll” email
    • Once details have been finalized, you will be notified when enrollment is ready to begin.

A minimum of nine business days is required to set up an enrollment built by our internal team. Enrollment platforms setup by external vendors will depend on the timeline of the vendor; however, MassMutual requires a minimum of three business days prior to the enrollment start date to confirm the external platform is ready for enrollment.

Implementation Managers are your partner to ensure a successful enrollment experience. If applicable, you could receive the following items:

  • Benefit Summaries
  • Outline of Coverage (if required by the state)
  • Enrollment Platform Configuration Toolkit
  • Communication Plan

This toolkit provides the product details, application requirements, rates and platform build specifications for the MassMutual supplemental health products to be built on an external enrollment platform.
Communication materials that will be provided for enrollment support will include: Product videos, a digital flip book, Communication Campaigns tailored to the unique needs of the various generations of your workforce and learn more pages.
Deduction files and initial bills will be discussed on the implementation call. Both can be provided by MassMutual after the enrollment, or you can choose to utilize information from your external enrollment platform.
