Proposal process  

Our streamlined approach delivers quick and accurate quotes so you can present tailored solutions to your clients.
  1. Request a proposal
  2. Receive the proposal via email within 5 business days
    • Paperwork needed to move forward with implementation will be included with proposal.
  3. Request additional options and updated proposals
    • Email or call your Worksite sales team for any revisions.
    • Revised proposals to be provided via email.
  4. Complete the paperwork
    • Provide necessary paperwork via email or DocuSign to your Worksite sales team to begin the onboarding process.

The turnaround time for proposals is based on the complexity of a request. Groups with favorable risk criteria will be proposed quicker, while highly customized plan requests and larger groups will require more time for review.
Yes, MassMutual will review formal RFPs to ensure we meet the requirements of the request before proceeding through the formal process and timeline as outlined in the RFP.
  • The plan administrator will need to complete the master application, group case setup form, and a request for schedule A form.
  • Additional items, such as a census or hold harmless agreement, may be required depending on the platform and employee communication options selected for enrollment.
  • A broker commission form is required for commission setup of all cases.
