- Login to the employee portal for claims submission
- Portal access information will be provided in a welcome email once your certificate is in-force with MassMutual.
- Within the portal, you will complete on-screen questions to submit claim for review
- You will also be instructed to include payment information for preferred claim payment.
- MassMutual will review the claim within 5 business days and request additional information needed to review the claim, if needed.
- Claim decision will be provided via your preferred communication option.
- Once the claim is approved, you will receive payment
